Rules

4. Basically what you do is make the best signature or blend of Miley you can!

Best of both worlds isn't that great nor is mine... It just takes some practice and using a real photo editing program like photoshop CS2 or Paint Shop Pro...

I've had my program for around a year. I've got practice but mine look better than my old ones cuz I got new bruses like targets, hearts, stars, etc.

Try Photoshop theres alot more filters, tons more downloads for brushes such as grunge abstract ect... you should try it.. Its alot better than Paintshop Pro
