Maya: How did you feel performing today [at the Disney Channel upfront presentation]? Miley: It was kind of scary because the Cheetahs haven't seen me perform since the tour. But I didn't get too nervous. The dancers are really fun. They helped calm my nerves.

Maya: Are any big guest stars coming up on your show? Miley: Jesse McCartney and Brooke Shields. I love Brooke Shields. She'll play my mom in a dream. (Note: On the series, Miley's mother has passed on.)

Maya: What's your favorite episode so far? Miley: I really like the one coming up with Brooke in it. It's a really cool episode. Also, [the episode titled] People Who Use People. (Note: That's the one in which Hannah and Jake kissed.)
