Her Religion

A while back I looked at a website posted by a reporter that had an interview w/ Miley, I think it was the Pop Star! website. I don't remember, it was some magazine like that, and Miley said her religion was Catholic, and she used to go to a Catholic school, but now shes Homeschooled, and her friends now continue going to a Catholic High School.

Actually...Catholics ARE Christians. "Christian" simply means "follower of Christ." There are many denominations in Christianity....Catholics, Baptists, Mormons, Episcopalians, Protestants, etc etc. It would be interesting to me if they were, indeed, Catholics simply because in that part of the South--Tennessee--and by the religious terminology Billy Ray tends to use....he seems to be more Baptist or Protestant. But, I really have no idea what sect of Christian they are.

Oh no no no no...I hope no one thinks we're arguing. Not at all. Religion is not an arguining matter. It's a personal thing to hold dear.

I'm happy that religion is a part of Miley's life. It's a wonderful thing, indeed. I love seeing how close her and her family are....and how they seem to put God first....not matter WHAT religion they are. As someone wrote earlier..."I don't care what religion she is...Miley rocks."

Actually Chrisitans and Catholics are different in lots of ways. Being a Catholic means that u have to go to church every sunday regardless. I know. I had to study this. IF Miley is Catholic that means she goes to church every sunday

Ok...again....not angry...not tryin to argue...just the opposite, actually. Just simply making a point...Catholics ARE Christians. The term "christian" encompasses every sect of religion that follows Christ...example...Catholic, Mormon, Baptist, Protestant, etc etc. Examples of religions that are NOT christain...Jews and Muslims because in their religion, they do not follow the teachings of Jesus. That does NOT make then better or worse. It's just a simple difference in religious beliefs. I, myself, am Mormon (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). I go to church every Sunday, too...just like Catholics. Many of my friends have been Baptists, Episcopalian, Protestants, to name a few, and they all went to church every Sunday, too.
