I dont like this dress Miley is wearing in this picture. Dont you think it is kind of weird??? My mom would never let me out of the house if i was her age in that dress. Here's the link 4 it:

It's just a sleeveless dress... nothing inappropriate with it, Dakota Fanning wore a sleeveless dress like that when she was about 11-12... I did aswell when I were 13

My mom would let me go out wearing that, but that is not what my taste in clothing looks like.
I don't like how there is variety of colors and textures.
It might be all the same fabric, but it looks strange how each color slit is cut with that shagy pattern.

i dont think its inappropriate (sp?) or "bad" or anything like that. it looks ok on her (i admit shes looked better) but i would probably never wear it - not because its unsuitable but because im not a huge fan of that style but her life so she can wear what she wants and a bunch of 13 year olds and 14 year olds wear strapless to parties etc. and spaghetti straps only cover like 1% more of your body so i dont think its "bad" ;)

but gotta say miley can work a lot more stuff than i ever could and often they dont get to have 100% choice on some of their outfits so who knows what other options there were.
