WELCOME TO ERICA'S AND MY GRAPHICS CONTEST!

I'll tell you it the simple way. There are 8 rounds in which
there will be different categories. Erica and I will choose
the rounds. For random rounds, we will have a thread in-
cluding a poll. People will be allowed to vote for the one
they think is best. Not because it has Miley in it or Vanessa.
There will only be 15 contestants. 1-4 people will be el-
liminated each round. Don't get upset if you do get
elliminated. It doesn't mean you're bad. Please start joining!

EDIT: MEGDOLPHINLOVER (below)
I get the white line by tracing the picture with the "lasso" tool (photoshop elements) and then I right click and select "stroke" and then select the number of pixels and the color and such and it outlines the photo. Miley98 had a tutorial for it ;)
