3. MUST be 600 x 350 pixels.

4. Get your things in on time. If you cannot make the deadline, PM me, and I'll see if you can go on or not.

5. You MUST PM me your entry. And if you post it here, you will not be entered in the round. Also, when you PM me your entry, title it
"Layout"

6. If I provide pictures or any specifications, you MUST use / follow them.

7. In the pictures, Miley MUST be smiling, and they CANNOT be tagged (unless you *UNTAG* them very well).

8. The text has to be Forever Miley Fans in whatever color you like from these choices:
