but dont yell at me but i have a question: everyone's been debating that mileys mom died when she was little and i read in a magazine that she didn't but on mileycyrus.com...i think it says it true.......i'm confused (i'm not up to date on anything)

Honestly I don't think anybody knows for sure. Information is always changing depending on the source and I think it's best just to think of Tish as her real mom even if she isn't. Because if she is then that's great too! And Miley refers to Tish as her mom all the time so I don't really think anything else matters.

Ok Here is the story:

Billy Ray Cyrus was married BEFORE he had Miley. Then either his first wife died or was divorced, I cant remember. Then Billy Ray met Tish and they got married and had Miley. And Tish is still alive today, hergo Miley's mom is alive.
