Okay....I've decided to start a blend contest! There will be 2 Categories: Paint Users, Other Program Users, that way its fair! Mods are welcome to join, everything is unanimous because i get the PMs!

Here are the Rules!
1. Turn In entries on time
2. Use pictures i give you, if you cannot see the pictures, PM me to let me know.
3.Do not bash anyone's artwork or the judges desision. Please respect that!
4. If you cannot complete your blends in time, PM me with the reasons. If it is good enough, I will extend the deadline. (I'm a nice person. I understand)
5. Follow all rules!
6. PM ME (FREELELANDCHAPMAN) YOUR ENTRIES. IF YOU DONT, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!
