GENERAL RULES & INFO
THIS IS AN OFFICIAL MOD RUN CONTEST
These contests will be run by Alex (LukkiStar) and myself.

Hello, welcome to the Miley-Cyrus icontest. An icontest is pretty self-explanatory, it's a contest for icons (avatars). Each week or so members of the board will submit icons which will then be voted on by other members, and we will also have a special "judge's choice", then winners will be named.
- The limit to icons is 100x100.
- All icons must me PMed to me with the image (using tags) and the URL.
- Do not post in this thread saying you are entering, PM us and let us know that you are going to enter. Or simply just PM us your avatars. This is so the contestants remain anonymous.
- All icons must be NEW and made specifically for the challenge.
- You may NOT share your icons with anyone until the round is over. This is to keep everything fair when voting.
- To vote I will make a Poll with all of the icons turned in. You are not allowed to vote for yourself, and please don't vote for your friends just because they are your friends. You are to vote for the ICONS, not the people.
- Once the winners are announced, they may receive banners by request.
- Suggestions for future challenges are always welcome.
- If you submit an icon you MUST VOTE or your icon will be disqualified!
- When you vote, make sure to put WHICH CHALLENGE YOU ARE VOTING FOR! If you don't, I'll just put it with the challenge with the least votes, or I'll delete it.
- WE WILL NOT accept any icon that is bashing the subject or an icon with inappropriate content in ANY WAY. You can make those kinds of icons on your own.
Remember, if we like your icons, we may post them in the gallery after the round. WE will of course give credit to the maker!

TV Shows
Since we all watch 'em.
You can use any TV shows.
Except Hannah Montana.
They can be promos, stills, captures,
and of anyshow..except HM.
