you can dress everything down with a pair of flats instead of heels, or by adding a button down sweater! you said that the wedding is in july, so the color of the dress i picked is season-appropriate. all you need to do is add a pair of beige or light pink ballet flats, or sandals and add a beige or light pink sweater and it will be dressy-but-not-too-dressy and you'll look faaaaaabulous!!!
