No its Oops! I Meddled again. Maybe he gets his head shaved in it I dont know. But its when Becca sends Hannah Montana an email and its talking about Oliver. And she dresses in a chicken suit.

That was when Becca sent hannah email saying she liked oliver
so miley told him and he made a move on her
and thenmiley and lily thought that she was going to break up wit him
so they told him to break up wit her first

and the wikiki part is when oliver chickened out and didn't use any lines on heer an olly trolly had a little derailment
