Blend Contest~~**
Beginners Round----------------

Rules:
1.you must turn in your blend in between February 20-February 28
2.you cannot change your post after you're on the list....that can cause complications(and could delete your entry)
3.think really hard about what celebrity you want....do not change it.
4.you do not need paint shop or any specific paint program.
5.You can not enter into:Blend Contest~~Pro Roun** or Blend Contest~~Chapionship Round** unless you won 1st,2nd,or 3rd place in the beginners round.
