i do.. but i dont have photoshop with me right now so it would be hard for me to tell you.

open up a pic.
click on the brush tool.
next to the brush selection thigy is mode.
choose color.
then color the hair.
here's an example that i made-

click on the paintbrush and select the color replacement brush choose hair color and color it

Color Replacement brush is one of the brushes when after you click on paintbrush up at the top there are three different kinds and that is were you find it.
