Miley's CD cover contest

Ok Im going to start a contest :D Anyways, here you will be making a cover for Mileys CD that comes out in May. Im going to make this tricky though so read the rules carefully. The winner will get either a blend from me or a button thing :P to put in their siggy. I will only allow 2 judges[not including me] and the space to join is unlimited. Now for the rules.

Rules:
01. You will have 5 days to complete your cover. [No exceptions unless like a family member died or you went to the hospital or something bad like that :P]
02. You will pm me your cover when its done
03. Your cover must have a title of "No Stopping Me"
04. You can use whatever pictures you want, HOWEVER they cant be from an appearance, you can only use photoshoot pictures and she cant have her wig on and it must be a photoshoot from 06-07
05. The size must be 400x355 minimum, 800x600 maximum
06. I will accept paint graphics of course
07. Its just one round, no eliminations, there will be a first, second, and third place winner
