-What exactly is foundation?
-What is a really good foundation under $10?
-Is it important to wear foundation?

no everyone doesn't need foundation especially whe you are young a simple aye shadow and mascara just fine you don't want to look too grown up and kids are two young to wear it or if you do just don't wear it all over your face but it covers your natural beaty and a lot of people can somtimes tell that you are wearing it so you have to make sure you rub it in good if it's a liquid. foundation is make-up that covers pimples or freckles or just to give you a boost on skin tone on your face and neck or possibly some places on the body that matches your skin or close to your skin tone and comes in liquid or powder and yeah there are a lot of foundations under $10 let me look...

Foundation is a kind of make up to cover up some of the skin you don't want, for ex. freckles, zits..etc...

-What is a really good foundation under $10?
I don't really know, I think Cover Girl has one. I'm using foundation from M.A.C and it's only cost $30, it works really great for me.

-Is it important to wear foundation?
Not really, sometimes I don't even wear it, but you know, breakouts happens so I only wear them when I have zits on my face lolz.
