I use Paint shop pro 9, so hope this helps
I go to
FIle>>Import>Custom Brushes

yeah when i upload brushes to pspx they show up as circles

what hannah1m0ntana said is what i do!
u have to have winzip though to extract the files pm me and ill try to help!
i use pspXI!
