Jason is really good. Very very funny too. Then Emily and Mitchell. Miley's new and REALLY hams it up sometimes but when she gets more experienced she's gonna be a lot better. Then again I like how over the top goofy she acts anyways. <3

It's just like me to say the unexpected answer, but in this case I honestly think Miley Cyrus is the best actress. Her expressions and the things she says are extremely believable, she looks very natural acting her part.

Jason Earles (Jackson) is just way too over the top sometimes. Over acting, if you will. He does exceptionally well at serious moments though.

Emily Osment (Lilly) is a very good actress, but every once in a while I'll notice her acting something that just seemed way too well planned.

Mitchel Musso (Oliver) is a close second. He's an outstanding actor, he sells the part well.

Billy Ray Cyrus (Robbie Ray) is quite possibly the worst actor I've ever seen in my life. I think a blind, pareplegic babboon could act better than him.
