Color tutorial for Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0

Ok here it is:

Step 1: Make a blend, avatar, layout, etc. and do any coloring techniques you have.

Step 2: Now pick a color you want to be the color burst like thing. (i did color # ff1111)

step 3: make a new layer (over all the layers) and select the paint brush. Pick where you want the coloring to go and paint that area with your color. (My brush size was set to 170 px.)

step 4: set that layer to linear dodge.

step 5: Add text, brushes, etc. (if you want of course).

just a couple questions..what font is that and do you know how to border text in 5.0
i know how in cs2 but its different here..lol
