circles for PSP X v.10 ( a tut )

ok this is for making the lil circle things on paint shop pro X version 10 prob all painst shop pros can do this tho lol ok!! heres the picture in useing

1. first paste your picture in as a new picture

2. the click and drag the to amke a circle! more text is on the picture

3. then right click and copy it

4. to paste it right click and paste as a new layer

5. and lastly to move it click on the arrow and move the circle to where you want it to go!

photoshop = pain???? NO WAY!!!!!! Any way, even though I use photoshop it is a good tut. U can also do that on photoshop.

my trial ended 4 psp but i mite redownload or download sumthin else i dont no lol i figured u could do it on photoshop cuz its better then psp lol
