ICON TUTORIAL 3:
Alright, so I got several requests on how I made some icons,
so I am making a tutorial on it.
First let me say that the first 2 steps of the coloring is from another tutorial,
but I really don't know where that is.
I'm say which steps are from that tutorial ;).
This tutorial envolved Selective Colour, so PSP users won't be able to do this tutorial. Sorry.
In this tutorial we will be going from this to this:

Step 1:
Pick your base and crop it.

Step 2:(Part of Original Tutorial)
Time to add some more color, Selective Color to be exact.
(Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color).
Make sure the Method box is selected on Relative.
Now enter the following settings:
**Keep in mind that this step, might not work out completely for you,
you may need to fiddle around with the settings, cause pictures vary.
Reds:
Cyan: -100
Magenta: +17
Yellow: +84
Black: 0
Yellows:
Cyan: -70
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -51
Black: -33
Neutrals:
Cyan: -19
Magenta: -11
Yellow: -16
Black: -19
Result: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/Atut2.png
Step 3:(Part of Original Tutorial)
Make another Selective Color layer (see Step 2).
Enter the following settings:
Reds:
Cyan: -80
Magenta: -30
Yellow: -23
Black: -6
Yellows:
Cyan: -87
Magenta: -42
Yellow: -25
Black: -36
Neutrals:
Cyan: +44
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -15
Black: 0
Result: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/Atut3.png
Step 4:
Now to add some more color a Hue/Saturation Layer.
(Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Hue/Saturation).
Enter the following settings:
Master:
Hue: 0
Saturation: +14
Lightness: 0
Result: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/Atut4.png
Step 5:
New Selective Color Layer (see Step 2)
Enter the following settings:
**These are based on the Amanda image,
you may need to fiddle with this to get the colors
you want if you are using a different image.
Yelloq:
Yellow: +21
(The rest are 0)
Cyan:
Cyan: +100
(The rest are 0)
Neutrals:
Yellow: +6
(The rest are 0)
Result: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/Atut5.png
Step 6:
To me, this seemed too light.
So we are gonna set a texture over it to make it darker.
Set this texture: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/Atut9.png
And set it to Color Burn.
Lower the Opacity if you need (Mine's at 70%)
Result: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/Atut6.png
Step 7:
Now depending on your picture, you may need to Sharpen it.
(Filter - Sharpen - Sharpen).
If it is too strong, fade the effect.
(Edit - Fade Sharpen - then the amount you want to fade it)
Result: http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/Atut7.png
Step 8:
Now add text, any brushes or more textures:
