Ok, so I just learned how to make a blend that is basiclly the EXACT same thing as eraser but easier.

I am using these pictures:
http://www.fansitefreaks.com/miley/gallery2/displayimage.php?album=273&pos=50
http://www.fansitefreaks.com/miley/gallery2/displayimage.php?album=273&pos=49
http://www.fansitefreaks.com/miley/gallery2/displayimage.php?album=273&pos=48

Here is the tutorial:

First, you make sure that it is on pixels and type in 450 for width and 200 for height.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto1.jpg

Make sure you are on button circled in pink. You should have something like this:
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto2.jpg

Click ctrl-V. Now, using that button, drag the picture to the left side.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto3.jpg

As you can see, it is a tad bit big. So move your picture up until you get to the bottom of the picture. Press shift
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto4.jpg

Still pressing shift, see the right bottom box of the picture? Well click on that with your mouse holding shift and drag it up.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto5.jpg

Press the move button again and move it down. Then, get your other picture and do those same steps of resizing. Overlap the picture.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto7.jpg

Click the selection brush.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto8.jpg

Then chose which brush you want. I suggest soft round.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto9.jpg

Then draw around your image. I have this:
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto10.jpg

Then chose the size 30.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto11.jpg

Draw around the selection that you just did, and you will see that when you get to the selection it forms together.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto12.jpg

Then press Delete/Backspace
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto13.jpg

Then press the dotted square(rectangular marquee tool)
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto14.jpg

Click anywhere with the marquee tool.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto15.jpg

Then, press ctrl-v(after you've copied your third pic)
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto16.jpg

Do those same steps. I got this:
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto17.jpg

OPTINAL STEP: if you have some white left over, crop your picture.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto18.jpg

Click the move tool and you will have this:
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto19.jpg

Do Layer>>Flatten Image and you will get something like this:
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto20.jpg

I added a texture but you don't have to.
http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o151/Miley98/Tutorials/tutorialphoto21.jpg
