My first tutorial!!
Okay LOL, I've been inspired by Bree!
We're going to do a simple tutorial-
This>>http://i120.photobucket.com/albums/o174/CowgirlTennessee/Avatars/Scrubs-Avatar2.jpg to this>>http://i120.photobucket.com/albums/o174/CowgirlTennessee/Avatars/Scrubs-Avatar.jpg

1. Open up your picture (I used this (http://i120.photobucket.com/albums/o174/CowgirlTennessee/1024x768_scrubs.jpg))
And create a new document (File>New) Avatar size is 100x100 pixels

2. Size down your picture to about 200 pixels and the height will just flow with it if you make sure Constrain Proportions is TICKED.

3. Copy your picture and paste it onto the avatar (since we're doing a SIMPLE Tutorial, best you just have a WHITE background)

4. Now above the text button (on adobe photoshop 6.0) should be a little drip or whatever, hold that down and click Burn Tool)

5. Now go to your avatar and hold down and drag ALL OVER the avatar and once it seems dark enough UN-CLICK and you should have something like this-
