California. Miley doesn't live in Tennesee anymore, hon. She moved in December of 2005, she's much too busy to switch off living in two places. Either way, it's a fan address... Miley doesn't read the mail that goes there, her company takes it in. Hate to break it to ya, but I doubt either one is going to work. Been there, done that. Sorry. :(

Miley does get to read her fanmail, or some of it.

Maybe you should try both, but it will be a while before you get a response back... if you get one.

I've heard it's a postcard signed from her, or you can send a picture for her to sign but you need to include an extra already-stamped-and-addressed envelope inside or something.

Your choice, I think it's too much of a hassle to post from Australia...
