1. first open Image Ready and then open the animated spinny wheel:

2. and you should see an animation bar come up at the bottom (if not go to window> animation)
and it should look like this:

3. you do not have to get a new document cuz you can just put the pictures and every thing on the spinny wheel, save it as something else and the animation is already there. any way...
4. what you have to do now is open a picture (file>open) like so:

5. and be careful cuz this is the really hard part. follow each direction closely.
drag the image onto the spinny wheel and erase the background of the picture:

6. then click the eye and it should disappear like this:

7. then click back on the picture of whatever and go to Image> Rotate Canvas>Abritrary... and it should come up like this

8. then click ok and then go to Image>Resize Image and type in like 75 for the height or 100 for the height and it automatically types in another #
9. then repeat step 4-8 again till you fill up the whole entire spinny wheel(remember to change the degrees of the abritrary thing everytime. it is kinda like a guessing game for the abritrary thing. so don't give up cuz that takes a while to do. cuz you got to do it 14 times.
10. then once your done all that. it should look like this: (not as messy though): http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q15/mileycyrusluva8829/8.jpg
11. after that all of your icons should have the eye next to them from now till them end. the pictures should not.
and it should look like this:

12. then click on the next animated thing at the bottom and the same picture should come up. now don't go back to the first animated thing make sure your on the second one:

13.the icons should be all out of place so before you fix them hit the eye of the next picture.stuff is also explained in the picture below.

14-then just repeat steps 10-13 and you should be good here is an example of my one spinny wheel:
