Is Mileys brothers and sisters "Real" siblings or r they half siblings?
Do u get what I mean? I hope so.. :)
It isn't lots of familys here in Sweden who has 4 "Real" siblings..
I have 3 "Real" brothers :)

they are real siblings...billy ray had a previous wife but they got a divorce and then billy met miley's mom, tish, and they became friends and eventuallty started dating then got married. after that they had their 5 children brandi, trace, miley, braison, and noah. so yes they are "real" siblings. and also miley was not named after her mom b/c her mom's name is tish (leticia sp?) and billy ray's first wife wasn't named destiny hope either. in fact miley's mom didn't even wanna name her that lol. but yea there ya go, hope i helped.

I'm not sure about Trace or Brandi, but I'm pretty sure they are over 18. Miley as we know is 14, Braison is 12 or 13, and Noah just turned 7 on January 8th ;)

mmm..i think brandi is 19 , miley said in an interview that trace was 17 , she is 14, braison i think is 12 and noah is 7, ohh and as far as i know brandi and trace are her step/half-brother/sister (from her moms side of a previos relationship).....
