They haven't show them out of order they show them in the order of Production Code.
Production Code is the way to say the order when filmed or the order the episode of the show is set to air.
They do this for nearly all the shows shown is the UK.

In the US and other countries they show episodes in any order.

I COULD be wrong, but I think this episode is the one where in one of the commercials promoting HM Miley says "5,6,7,8" and then she and Lilly start dancing, and then they show another clip from that episode where Miley says "NO ONE..talks to my girl..like THAT." Of course I could be wrong, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

i thought the UK aires episodes by production codes, if so then episode 13 in the USA was episode 6 on the UK.
