yeah. in photoshop you get rid of the background, change the image to greyscale, and then make it into a brush. pm me if you want me to explain it more

The H of Hannah and The Montana part are a font called Coop Flaired. I haven't been able to find it for free, though. There's no way I'm paying 30 dollars for a font. If anybody finds it, or makes a clone version of it, let me know.
