if you use CS2 then curves or selective coloring is what i used, on my new program i use levels, and color fill layers.

what's selective coloring?

it is where you can make some colors show up better or as different colors. ah i dont think it is that but if you go to layer>new adjustment layer>selective coloring and just mess around with it, you can make it look cool. :57:

Another thing you should do b4 you do the curves part (if you do curves) is press ctrl, A>ctrl, shift, C> ctrl, V and set the layer to screen then do a color fill layer (color #011537) set the color fill layer to Exclusion, then do another color fill layer (color #a4ddf4) then set that layer to color burn, then do curves.
