um...no oofence but.....They often put animals to sleep because they're too old and suffering, have a terrible illness, and many other reasons. You wouldn't want your pet(s) to suffer, would you? It makes me sad, too. My dog had to be put to sleep because he was so sick that he couldn't eat. You should be thankful vets are around to supply medication and health care.

Well.....Maybe there was something wrong with your cat.......And they didn't want to make you sad....But still that's no reason for them to lie to you........I don't get that....I'm confused.......................:33: Maybe your cat was in danger of an illness.....I don't know. I'm sorry about that.....Look, most vets are nice and they won't do that but I dunno what went wrong there. :dontknow: A pet may be put to sleep for an illness, in danger of illness, if there is no way to treat it, or if they're very old and\or sick. I think you should change vets. You can't just put an animal to sleep for nothing! There had to have been a reason....This is a mystery! :33: Maybe there was a reason and nobody wanted you to get upset. They do that alot with kids. But they might have told you mom. Ask her. Maybe she knows what really went on. Alot of times when there's a kid they tell them that they're 'OK' and they just took 'a nap', so maybe your mom knows. Why don't you ask her?
