When you drag the layer back to the blend, use the moving tool. Set that layer at 75% Opacity.

Great blending skills. Yet I am not sure about the circles. You can try using a pattern or gradient and play with the layer modes.

when I erase the middle part of it there's nothing under it so it just turns white...so what should I do to blend them?

move the pic close to the other so that when you erase the other background will appear!
