yeah. I bet it tooks months of training! It took me 4 months to get mine in gymnastics. And not to be technical, but it's a back-tuck when you're up in a ball like that. :P :lol:

watch the new eppy next friday 5/8 at 8pm. in that eppy she does backflips from where she is standing by miley over to rico's shack and lands sitting up on a stool. i saw it in the night of premieres promo tonight on disney channel. the eppy is called my bestfriend's boyfriend
