Heres the real story: Before miley was born, her parents knew it was going to be a girl. so her dad said it is her "destiny" to bring "hope" to the world. and mileys mom said "thats too deep" but they named her Destiny Hope. Later when, miley was little she was always smiling, and her dad said, look shes smiling, shes always smiling! and shortened it to "baby talk" to where he would say "shes miling, look shes miling!" and eventually when mileys dad would hand her to people he would find himself saying "well heres miley"
