I think Emily plays Lilly better rather than she play Hannah. I think Miley is suited to be Hannah whereas Emily rocks totally as Lilly! Plus, i love Lilly's character, she's totally spunky and has the cooolest clothes. Though i'm frowning a little at Lola's fashion sense...lol.
