I'm so Nervous!!

I'm going to be in the Spelling Bee next week! This is not the first time I've been in one, but still, everyone in the spelling bee are mostly good spellers(one of them being my friend). I need a couple of tips to stay calm besides the fact that I need to go to the bathroom BEFORE the Bee.
EDIT: I won second place, but if the first place winner can't go to District, I go instead.

omg lol i wa sin a spelling bee like, 2 years ago! i was super duper nervous, but honestly, the words were NOT that hard. my friend made it to the last round! lol, i didn't but..

so dont worry! you'll do awesome! just think of it as.. you're in ur classroom in front of your friends, and if you mess up, oh well. whatever! tell me how it turns out, kay?
