Okay, so the old one got really out of hand. You can't find ANYTHING there. I've made a new one, but I don't have everyone's tutorials on here. If you could help me, that'd be GREAT. If you are posting a tutorial, please try to do it in the picture, like shown below, PLEASE PM it to me, too. And, in honor of the holidays, its in green and red!

here are my two cents. how about you have it so if someone wants a tutorial posted on here they would need to pm it you (or any other mod) and you put it on the first page so that way it keeps all the tutorials in one spot instead of having them in random spots on this thread and people would have to look through the thread to find a certain tut.

Good idea. But I could also just edit them into the first post.

I'll add that.

i have one
Here's how I make blends in Photoshop. I use version 7.0
Here's the one you will be making:
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/FINAL.jpg

First of all, open the pictures you will be using. These are the ones I choose to use. Make sure that they each have their own window, and to make things eaiser, try to find pictures that have the same background.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/1.jpg

Next, choose the size you want your blend to be. So open a new document and put the size 700 by 240 in.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/2.jpg

Drag any picture into your 'blend space' (the new document you just made). The drag it over to the far left side.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/3.jpg

Next, drag the next picture you want to use into the blend space. Make it so that it overlaps part of the first picture. And make sure that you like the part that you can see.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/4.jpg

Since you can't see part of the first picture, it's time to fix that. Click on your History Tool Icon (5th down on right side). Change the brush to 'Soft Round' and i usually use a size 25 or so to erase. The erase over some the the picture to see the old picture.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/5.jpg

Repeat the step above for all of your picture, by dragging them over, and using the history tool to erase. If you want your blend without any words or decorations, you can stop here.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/6.jpg

Now for the fun part. Open a new window in any size. Choose the type icons (8th down on right hand side). Type in whatever you want. I choose 'Hannah World Wide'.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/7.jpg

Change the font, size and color to your likings. I choose to make mine white so it would show up on the black background.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/8.jpg

Here comes the harder part. Go to 'layer' and choose merge down. Or you can press 'Control E'. This makes it so instead of several layer, you will have one.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/9.jpg

Merge down until you have 2 layers: One with all the pictures and the text, and your blank layer one (don't worry if you used the first layer and only have 1 layer, here it doesn't really matter).
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/10.jpg

Now make a new document. I choose the dementions to be 800 by 400, however as long as it is bigger then your blend is, thats ok.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/11.jpg

Choose a color that looks good with your blend. I usually use the eyedropper tool (10th from top on right side) to choose a color in the picture, then for this one I took the color and made it a little darker. Use the paintbucket tool (6th from top on left) and paint the entire new document you just made.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/12.jpg

THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT THIS TO WORK! Use the crop tool (3rd down on left side). Crop the image along the edge. you don't want to cut off anything you see, just look at the picture to see where i cropped it. The reason you do this is because if you try to move the picture, it will not be even. But if yor crop it, it will work fine.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/13.jpg

Now that you did this step, drag the blend into the colored document. Drag the blend into the corner with a little bit of the color on each side. You can choose to leave however much color you want. The crop from the corner and make sure there are even amounts of color on each side. (I know this soudns confusing, so just look at the diagram)
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/14.jpg

It is starting to look really good now, so you can stop here, or keep going. Click on the new layer button to add a new TRANSPARENT layer (i don't remember if i already said this, but it is best to work with transparent layers)
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/15.jpg

Choose a lighter color and use the paintbucket tool to cover the top blank layer with this color. DOn't worry, you should only see this color.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/16.jpg

Change the top layer opacity down a lot (i usually between 20-45). You can now see you blend!
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k48/hannah_montana92/Tutorials/Basic%20Blend/17.jpg

Hi!!! I just figured out how 2 make a tuteral. Here is one for paint. I hope this is helpful!:
Here it is:
1. http://i11.tinypic.com/2jafcja.jpg
2. http://i13.tinypic.com/44bqi4x.jpg
3. http://i11.tinypic.com/2lvy32e.jpg
4. http://i14.tinypic.com/43ncjy9.jpg
5. http://i11.tinypic.com/2v1b32t.jpg
Your Picture should look like this:
http://i13.tinypic.com/48vtvew.jpg
There are some more steps but you dont have 2 do them.
6. Save Your Picture.
7. Then go 2 www.blibs.com and upload your picture at 400*400 (* means times)
8. On the side there are buttons. Go to the button that says "Add Gradient".
9. Choose your colors by clicking "Pick Color" on both of them. Then after that, click "Do Gradient".
10. Then click "Text tool" on the buttons.
11. Type in your text, size, color, and "Text Border Color" (optional) and click Apply Text.

If you want effects go 2 the top and it says "Animation" or go 2 "Effects. They are both great!!! You could also go 2 this site: www.lunapic.com 'cause they're both the same.
If you mess up then keep practicing!!!!

Yours Truly,
~*Miley98*~

Okay, well I promised someone a blending tutorial, so here goes. I didn't get to make it all fancy so I'm just gonna post it here:

Blending Tutorial

Made for Photoshop CS2, but can be used for all Photoshop programs.
Just showing the blending process here, so I skipped the coloring, text and bored steps.

Step 1: Get your pictures together. I used these pictures: this (http://www.bynes-fan.org/gallery/albums/photoshoots/ellegirl/normal_ellegirl10.jpg)and this (http://www.bynes-fan.org/gallery/albums/photoshoots/ellegirl/normal_ellegirl12.jpg).
Copy your pictures and then make a new document in Photoshop (Ctrl+N) and paste them.
Once you have your pictures pasted, create a new document again (Ctrl+N) but this time fill in your dimensions for the banner.
I made it 450x200.
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/BT1.png

Step 2: Click okay and a new document the size of your banner will appear.
You now need to move your pictures into that document. On your tool bar, select the Move Tool. It looks like an arrow.
Now click on your picture and while holding down, move it into the new document. The new document should get a black border while doing this:
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/BT2.png
When you let go, your picture should be in the document.
Do the same with your other picture.
**If this doesn't work for you, you can always copy and paste your pictures into your banner document.

Step 3: If your pictures don't fit or look right, you need to resize them.
Before resizing, make sure your Move Tool settings look like so:
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/BT3.png
If it doesn't, fix it so it does.
Now, on the outside of the picture is a dotted outline. Click that outline. It should become a connected line with little squares around it.
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/BT4.png
If you go over the little squares, an arrow should appear. Click on that arrow and while holding down Shift (so that the picture stays the same, just smaller) move the arrow inward. The picture should become smaller. Holding down Shift while doing this is very important, otherwise your picture will become lopsided or deformed.
Repeat this step for your other picture if it is necessary.

Step 4: Time to blend. Be careful with this step, you could blend it too much.
Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool (the dotted rectangle). Make sure the Feather is set to 10 px. (this is what blends it)
Make a rectangle over the part where the picture overlap.
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/BT5.png
Press Delete on your keyboard. The overlapping part is now semi-gone and the picture mesh/blend together. Repeat this until you are happy, but try not to blend it too much. If you accidently feather a part you didn't mean to, just go to Edit > Step Backward.
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/BT6.png
If there are little parts you don't want, you can erase them with the Eraser Tool:
http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h96/Lunabear92/Random/BT7.png
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, technially this tutorial is just on Blending, not making the banner.
Once you are done with the blending, use any coloring techniques, add text and a border:

Step 2: Click okay and a new document the size of your banner will appear.
You now need to move your pictures into that document. On your tool bar, select the Move Tool. It looks like an arrow.
Now click on your picture and while holding down, move it into the new document. The new document should get a black border while doing this:

If there are little parts you don't want, you can erase them with the Eraser Tool:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, technially this tutorial is just on Blending, not making the banner.
Once you are done with the blending, use any coloring techniques, add text and a border:
