just about every school in England does. Mine is horrible

OH come on.... every bloody school in my country enforces a school uniform policy... nothing unusal here.... only the international schools are non_uniformed

i had one last year.. it sucked.. this year i dont. but i am transfering to a new school that does and the uniform is kinda cute. you can wear the pink skirt any length with a white polo and like.. UGGS!

Yup! It's way better than my old private school's uniform though.

At my old school I had to wear a: bright red jumper, black blazer, LONG grey skirt, grey skirt, a white shirt and a red/yellow tie and flat school shoes. It was so annoying I could hardly move.

Now I just have a: blue jumper, white socks, white dress and platform school shoes.

They're a lot less strict and you don't have to tuck your shirt in, in winter.

I think I like wearing uniforms better though, than having free dress everyday. That must suck trying to find a different outfit all the time.

I used to wear a uniform at my old school... but then i went to a new school. Now im mostly always late to school cuz i have to pic out an outfit and it takes me 4ever.My uniform was a variety of things. u could choose from these green plaid skirt, navy skirt, or beige skirt. pink collared shirt, green collared shirt, blue collared shirt, and navy colored shirt. tan or navy pants, and one colored socks.. with any kind of shoes except for flip flops, sandals, or things that show your toes

i did at my last school it sucked. I mean you think you would get sued to it but My uniform was never comfortable I felt like a geek becuase even tohguh we wore uniforms my uniform always seemed to look dusgustingly nerdy compared to everyone elses. Now after wearing a uniform for a year I NEVER Dress down i will never let it loose I am always looknig good (even when i am at the hosue by myslef) becase wearnig something so *shivers* not me drove me nuts!

But i don't wear it anymore. I am homeschooled now. that stupid school drove me into a ditch so now my mome is home schoolnig me to try and get me back out, but i am gonig back to regulare school next year beucase I hate homeschool also.

ye we have to wear uniform - as doddy13 said nearly every school in the UK has to ours is like all black and looks really bad and boring but its pretty comfortable though lol its weird bcuz people on here who dont wear uniform are saying they wish they did but like more or less everyone in england wishes they could wear what they wanted to school - weird

I HATE MY UNIFORM!!!! Besides, it wouldn't take long to choose. You would choose what you want to wear the night before. Easy. My uniform is a blue (kinda baggy) heavy shirt and we have to wear Khaki pants or skirt. And even on picture day, we can't wear anything withought sleevers, and what ever we wear, it MUST be at least up to ur KNEES!!!!!!!! AND... we can't even wear jeans!!! I hate my school SO much! You would of think I'd get used to it by being in the same school since Pre-K but I've hated the uniform ever since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We can't buy sodas, no vending machine, It's not fair!!!! I hate my (I REALLY wanna curse right now but I won't) stupid Board of Ed (you know, those people who make all the schools in the district run the shool a certain way. The only good thing that USED to be in my school was that for 5 chicken wings, you only had to pay $1.50. But the dang stupid Board Of Ed took it away. Yes, I know that I'm probably crazy for posting all of thi8s.

I am not in private school anymore, but I had to wear something similar to what Maddie (Ashley Tisdale) and London (Brenda Song) had to wear for the Suite Life... But my parents want me to go back to private school. No fun.
