I hate feeling fat. It's a horrible feeling. I just hate eating a lot and looking really big. I'm really more "developed" than my friends if you know what I mean. And I'm afraid. My Mom makes fun of me because of my chest and she doesn't have like "anything there" I hate my legs too. It's all "muscle" my mother says. I don't like them. They look horrible in swimsuits. My stomach isn't very chubby. I have like abs. But I would love to just lose some weight. But not a lot. I don't know what to do. I'm tall. And I weigh more than my boyfriend and he has abs too. But you can see his. I just have a little outline. I'm trying to cut down on the sweets but I just can't do it. I don't know what to do. Can someone give me some advice please? :( :|

I know the feeling fat feeling and i know it sux. but if you really wanna lose weight then the best thing you can do is cut down on the sweets and the junk food. limit yourself to one sweet a day, or every other day, and do the same with junkfoods like chips and whatnot. and drink a lot of water. it cleans out your system and digesting it burns calories. also, well obviously you work out if you have abs and your legs are all muscle, but still keep working out. you arent going to see automatic results, whenever you try to lose weight the healthy way, there arent going to be results within like 3 days, its not how it works. but you will feel a ton better about urself the first day you pick up lets say an apple instead of a chocolate bar. your body will thank you and you'll be in a better mood. and other then that, ya just gotta be happy with yourself and what you look like. you can only change your body so much, and after that, you have to accept it and be happy with it. everyone can find something they dont like about their body, but the more you think about it the worse you make yourself think it is and you eventually blow it way out of proportion. so i'd say just try to eat as healthy as possible, but that doesnt mean you cant have some treats every now and then and excercise as much as you can!

i know how you feel. im trying to deal with it too. everyday i eat healthy never have any junk food and jog for 3 miles every other day (i would do it evvery day but i hve knee problems. but whatevr you do dont go anerexic or whatever.

well gal it does suck but I still have my baby fat which i hate even more cuz ya can't loose it from diet, it looses itself on it's own. But never ever don't eat or go anorexia! Just don't eat junk food a lot, maybe only one day like she said!

I have the same problem. everytime i feel good, someone comes up to me and say that im fat. i don't like it anymore.. I never liked it by the way..

hehehehe. Im not really that fat. i just catch myself eating alot and then i feel my legs getting bigger there not really getting bigger but when i look at myself in the mirror i think of my future. and my big legs! all my friends think im super skinny, but now im developing and now i cant just wear anything i have to wear a athlete bra and then i cant wear see through shirts or else i will look like i am wearing a real bra and then all the boys will laugh. what should i do?

Don't we all have fat days! I know how you feel.
The other day I started crying because I didn't want to go to school 'cause my face was red with bumps everywhere. I talked to my mum, I ended up going to school though.
I think the one main reason to put on weight is because you're bored and just feel like eating. Try to distract yourself by going on a walk, surf websites or even just take a nap.
Remember, everyone is different and unique and be happy with how you are.

feeling fat is the worst thing EVER! i look at myself in the mirror and just point out everywhere that i would like to lose weight. my mom took me to a nutritionist because i literally have the worst eating habits of anyone in the world (i dont like fruit, and the only vegetables i like are lettuce and cucumbers :)) )and i told the nutritionist that i wanted to lose some weight. she told me that the easiest way possible, is to eat what i normally eat, just eat half of the normal portion that i would normally eat (i eat in HUGE portions), and exercise, but not like a madwoman!! doing 50-100 sit-ups every night for 2 weeks can make a HUGE difference as long as you eat healthy, use "portion control", and get other exercise besides the sit-ups. thats the easiest way to do it. my nutritionist doenst consider it a "diet", she calls it a "change in diet" because your making small changes to your average day.
one more piece of advice before you fall to sleep from reading this...NEVER STARVE YOURSELF!!!!!

Are you younger? Because everyone puffs out a little when they're at the 9-11 age (because your body is getting ready to start menstruation ;)), I know I did. but then WAZZAM! i started my period and got my "figure" and a lost my belly!! Just wait for that time, it's coming soon! :D

Yes, I am on a diet. It's not a starvation diet thing or w/e. I'm controlling what I'm eating and we are starting nutrition in science class so im doing good and i think i have lost weight.

OK, this is a basic tip, DON'T GO ON DIETS UNTIL YOU START YOUR PERIOD. Because all that fat is just baby fat that will go away once you "start".

you shouldn't be ashamed of who you are, and what you have,, truly it is a gift, but if you want to lose weight, you need to do it the healthy way,, maybe even go to a nutritionist to help get you started
