Yeah, it wasn't only Miley. I could tell that everyone was lip singing. Chris Brown was because later that night, I heard that same song and it sounded exactly the same.

Yeah, she did lip sing there, but normally in concerts and performances she doesn't, so its ok. :) And besides, it wasn't really Miley's choice. They HAD to lip sing. The reason is because there were millions of people there...They needed to get the sound out so everyone could hear so Miley had no choice.
