I Love to Act. Seriously, it's a bit of a problem. The school I used to attend is really anti-homeschool, so I'm not allowed to participate in any school activities, like plays.
There's a local company who puts together plays, but they are REALLY hard ot break into. As in, if they don't know your name or know someone who recommends you, they're probably not going to let you into a play.
Listen to this: Once on the fourth of July I was at a tlanet show put together by that company. They didn't have enough people sign up, so they had some of the people from the play they were putting together get in. The prizes were tickets to the show and a Show T-shirt. Well, the top four people who won were already IN the play! And every one of them was already wearing a sHow T-shirt. Can we say, RIGGED?
The funny thing is that my uncle was part of the in-crowd of this group. But they don't know that, so I guess that explains it. I just hope I get a part in the Titanic production they are doing next summer! I'm gonna try my hardest to get in, because that's my favorite movie! They're never gonna let me in if I'm not persistent and consistent, right?
