Most definitley not the official video. Most of the time her lips don't match the words exactly, plus you don't hear anything else, which you should.

I saw that the other day on youtube but it also had a 10 minute sneak peak at a new epiesode where amber was singing in a contest then hannah comes out and starts singing and amber gets mad and i think amber might find out that miley is hannah lilly is there and everything it was good i want to see it.

I dont think its the official video, but i do think it is a video from one of the not yet aired episodes of Hannah Montana cuz your right, you can hear the laughter in the backround. There really is no telling until the episode of the show comes out.

No it's not official if there was an official music video it would be on disney channel like ashley tisdale's kiss the girl and vanessa hudgens' come back to me. they put the music videos of the stars on dc. also, we would hear about it on miley's site or something so...yeah it's fan made.
