i use GIMP
its a preety decent program, not as good as photoshop. and its free!!!!!!!!
i can post examples if u want......

I use Photoshop Elements 3.
It rocks. If you want ot see examples go to my request thread in my siggy.

I don't think you can get it online...I got mine for free coz it came on my computer.

You go to the file it was downloaded at, and it'll install both of them, and then you click the icon. If you need more detail, then you can PM me .:)

I use paint shop pro XI and my old blends were made with paint shop pro 8. It's pretty good and paint shop pro is much cheaper than photoshop and makes good quality blends/banners.
