Hi!
Since I can't make blends anymore, I figured I'd start a contest!
So...welcome to the Dreams Come True Blend Contest!

What you do is you enter a few blends you've made in the past, or you can make one for this one if ya like. You'll enter from November 15th - November 31st. Then, from December 1st-14th you can vote by PMing me or Lilc(she's helping me.) Whoever's blend gets the most votes wins! PM me with questions.

1. Please, use something other than paint. If you have nothing else I'll count it.
2. Please use the form or your entry will not be counted.
3. The blend must be of Miley. hehe:)
4. When you vote, don't tell anyone else. Voting is private.
