i have two friends, they were at one's house when a $55.00 cd ended up in the visiting friend's (vickie's) backpack the host friend (Jesse) said that vickie was stealing so now they aren't friends anymore and they both say that the other one did it(stole or try to accuse for stealing) i don't know who to believe. HELP (the names are not real)

You can believe whoever you think is telling the truth. BUT, dont take either persons side... because that way you end up with atleast one person mad at you. So stay neutral and just tell them that you just cant take sides and that they have to work it out themselves. also because you werent there, taking one of their sides would be kinda like jumping to conclusions that you dont KNOW are true... and thats not right. so just dont take EITHER side, that way you'll probably (hopefully) avoid either person getting mad at you. i mean if one of them says sumthing really mean about the other one then you can stand up for them, but dont take a definite side you're always fighting for, cuz that'll just make the other person mad at you.

I need help, my best buddies Angelea, Gianna, crystal, Katrina, and Jackie are at my old school and now that i moved to a new school i got new friends. I know i can have more than 1 friend, but all my old school's friends all don't want me to forget about them, and my new friends all want me to spend my life with them, who to hang with, who do dis? well if one of them wants to be friends again but the other one doesnt then i really dont know how good the friendship is ever going to be again. you cant have a friendship where one person wants it and the other doesnt. friendships need BOTH people working and wanting it to work out. so just tell your friend (who does want the friendship) that its not going to be worth it and that she'll be hurt even worse if she continues to try to work out the frienship. and tell your friend (who doesnt want the friendship) that she'll be missing out on a good friendship and that she doesnt have to be friends but that she cant keep being mean or she'll end up losing you too... and even though that might not be true, it'll get the point across to her.

hang out with both... you dont have to ditch either of them. divide your time up. spend every other weekend with your old group and then the other weekends with your new group. or maybe try hanging out with both of them together, because if your friends with both of them its very possible that they could be friends with eachother as well. and u can have more than one friend... you can have 1000000 friends as long as you are happy. so dont stress over which one to hang out with... hang out with both.
like the song says : make new friends, but keep the old... one is silver and the other gold... lol :lol: but seriously, its a good point
