What do u use and how did you get the first bacground?

i have Adobe Photoshop. i just made it. i picked a color for the background, and then i chose a darker color that matched, put it on the biggest dot, and just put them in lines. :D i haven't found out how to do alot of stuff yet, so yeah. i am experimenting.
