Skateboarding

i know this is really random but does anyone know how to skateboard and could give me a few pointers???? i've been trying to teach myself for the past couple of days but it hasn't been working out:( . can somebody help me??????

first get protective gear then just practice riding up and down your road. Then once you get good practice turns, but your foot at one end so the other end is up, put both feet on, but keep the end up in the air and turn. Once you do that and get it good, then work on your jumps.

Go get on a trampoline with a skateboard, and stand on the skateboard and bounce. This will help your balance. I dont skate anymore, because I ate some concrete bigtime.......then decided to quit. I quit, because I was in football season and didnt want to get hurt and have to sit out the rest of the season.

i cant skateboard pretty ok for a chick. well the only trick i can do is an ollie. and that took a LONG time to learn. but the best way to learn is to put the wheels on one side in a crack in the side walk so that it doesnt roll off and then put your feet on and like...i dont know how to explain on this. sorry. but yah. it takes a lot more work than a couple of days. i can control the board and stuff and go pretty quick. but i remember when i first started, i was so bad!! and everyone made fun of me. now im better than most girls. so yah.
