I am no girl, but I can say the biggest thing guys like is when a girl is flirtatious around them. Start by saying the biggest thing you guys have in common, like heres and example:

You: Hi! I always see you around and never get the chance to say to to you!

Him: *********** well i dont no wat he would say... maybe like "Well Hi! Nice to meet u or something" (depending on his perseonality)

You: I heard you like *Basketball*! I do to!!

and so on....

Show him what a girl is really like!

If any girls could help me please do so.

Its great advice and i guess as a guy i really don't mind if a girl comes up and wants to talk to me. Sure i may find it wierd at the start but it doesnt mean that because we are of different genders, we can't have an engaging and lively conversation if the guy that you want to talk to is reasonable he should also be open to the idea. well if he already likes you then it'll be an added bonus for him.
