you mean the layout or how do you actually get it? if you just need a place to get it go to freewebs.com, but if you need a layout i can make it for you

i used freewebs.com its easy if you're not good with html and same with proboards but you can use both like i did.

You get a hoster, like mine is www.urspace.info (http://www.urspace.info) my friend Sean who is in my spanish and english class owns it so he gave it to me for free but its not done cuz hes gotta install the stuff but its www.akpop.info (http://www.akpop.info)
