she still is very pretty but she looks wayy older than 13 with make - up on .. on the TRL show where she hosted it she did not look 13 she looked way older.. she had too much make-up on but she still looked pretty

I'd say it doesnt matter, ive seen her both ways so many times its almost hard to tell. and believe me, that is possible.

I think she is beautiful either way. Its not the make-up that makes the person though. Its who she really is.

Yeah, she's naturally pretty, but the make-up on her looks nice too =)
