I don't think that she's famous because she's the favorite. She might be the only one that has talent out of all of her siblings. She's also the perfect age to be in a Disney Channel show. She might also be the only one who wants to be famous.

I HIGHLY doubt that she is her dads "favorite" child. I mean, so what is they work/sing/do other stuff together. He just gets to spend more time with her. Her mom was in an accident and Miley was all Billy Ray had left besides his music. He then met a lovely lady named Tish (can't remember her whole name) and she already had 2 kids Christopher and Brandi. Then they had 2 ther kids , Braison and Noah Lindsay. So basically Miley and Billy were together from the start. realy got to know each other and then became best friends. Hope that helps.
