Miley does not lip synch at her concerts. She has a background track which is the song just playing over the music. Miley sings over the track. This is so she can be able to sing and dance. For example, if she lost her breath due to dancing, if she missed a few words in the beginning of a line, the song would not sound bad. You can tell when she is singing and when she isn't. When she sings, her voice is a lot louder over the tape.

It's fine with me that Miley lip synches. Kinda expected with every Disney star. Either way, it's still her voice, and give her some slack, she's 13! In my point of view, she has the right to lip synch. It's nerve wrecking to sing in font of thousands of people. Even the Cheetah Girls do it. Who cares? It's still their voice.

it sounded pretty live @ the universal concert. its just a backing track. like best of both worlds was the last song she did and then when it was over she started talking 2 the audience and they played the track in the background. it wasnt like a song playing and her lip synching. she was really singing you could tell
